We've confirmed an issue where users weren't inducted into the Hall of Fame after the Challenge Arena (World) Season: Luna ended on May 27th.
We will be creating tribute banners for the Challenge Arena (World) Season: Luna World Ranking Top 3 Summoners and notify the Top 10 Summoners of World/Server Rankings as a token of an apology.
