Due to a high volume of orders shortly after the official art book sales that began on Feb. 5th,
there was an issue with the early bird special coupon email delivery system.
As a result, some Summoners received emails with the same coupon code.

We are currently in the process of re-sending the coupon codes
to those who experienced this issue.

Please note that the early bird special coupon can only be used once per account,
and we will provide additional details through this notice once the re-distribution process is completed.

Furthermore, we have also confirmed an issue where some emails were sent without the coupon codes.
We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience.
If you have experienced this problem, please reply to the coupon email, and we will re-send the coupon code to you as quickly as possible.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and disappointment caused by the issues related to the coupon
despite your valuable time and interest in the art book since the weekend.

Lastly, we would like to remind you that Summoners War: Chronicles strictly prohibits cash and material transactions with third parties.

Coupon sales fall under these restrictions, and sanctions may be imposed in accordance with our operational policies.
