We have identified an issue involving the exploitation of the [Rune Strategy Lab] forum event, where players have acquired excessive rewards beyond the intended limits.

We will take necessary measures against accounts that have obtained illegal profits through this abuse.

Abusive behavior that negatively impacts the game or harms our Summoners' experience is thoroughly investigated and addressed through continuous monitoring and data review.

Upon further examination of the data, we found that only a small number of users were involved in these abusive behaviors.

▌[Rune Strategy Lab] Event Abusing Measures

▶ Actions to be Taken

- Reason for Sanction: According to Article 8 of the [Operating Policy], specifically addressing the [Use of system errors and bugs]

- Sanction Period: A seven-day suspension for first-time offenders

- Sanction Target: Users who have taken advantage of the abuse more than a certain number of times (30 users in total)

- Measures Taken: Retrieval of abnormally obtained currencies

- If the number of currencies/items to be retrieved exceeds what you currently own, the quantity of retrieved currencies/items in possession may become negative, or alternative currencies/items may be retrieved instead.

- Once the sanction is implemented, the affected user will be logged out of the game and unable to play for the duration of the sanction.
