We investigated the error of the new Summoner/Arena Pass season not starting.
It has been confirmed that the remaining time of Summoners who have experienced this issue has elapsed, and the new Summoner/Arena Pass has begun as normal.

* US West will be reset normally on Aug. 21st 1am (local time).
Premium Pass can also be purchased normally for the new Summoner/Arena Pass.

The new Summoner/Arena Pass was supposed to begin on Aug. 21st. But there is an error where the previous season has not ended properly, and thus cannot proceed to the new season.
We are currently investigating the error and will take action as soon as possible.
