Greetings from <Summoners War: Chronicles>.

The preseason of Guild Siege Battle that went live on Jul. 3rd is a preparatory season designed to make the regular season more entertaining by allowing Summoners to get used to the content and prepare various strategies in advance.

However, it is currently experiencing a number of issues, and the Chronicles team is working hard to resolve them as quickly as possible.

We would like to provide detailed information on the issues identified so far and go through the improvements we have planned.

Firstly, the issue of multiple guilds achieving the same points is inevitable due to the short duration of the preseason (1 week).

This issue will not happen in the regular season as each season will be held continuously for 3 months.

Next is how bases are captured in Guild Siege Battle.

Currently, the guild that destroys the last remaining defense camp in a base captures it.

However, we've determined that this method is problematic, and we will be changing the capture condition to the first guild to destroy up to 5 defense camps in the base.

The issue regarding some guilds being unable to claim loot after a Guild Siege Battle has been resolved, and you should be able to earn loot as normal in the rest of the preseason.

Lastly, we've also identified an issue where the Rank Points of some guilds were being applied abnormally after the Jul. 13th update.

We're working on a fix for this issue, and on Jul. 15th, the season will end 10 minutes before the usual end time to apply the fix.

The Guild Siege Battle menu will be inaccessible during the fix, and the season will be tallied normally once it is complete.

We'll be fixing other issues and making the following improvements.

▶ Planned Improvements for the Guild Siege Battle Regular Season
- All 50 members of the guild will be able to participate instead of 25
- Loot drops will increase based on the number of participating members
- The attack and defense info of all guild members will be shown to make it easier to keep track of the Siege Battle progress
- Attack orders can now be given by Veterans, as well as the Guild Master
- The reward page will be improved to make rankings and loot rewards more intuitive
