We have confirmed multiple cases of Summoners promoting illegal websites in the World Chat.
This has severely affected the gaming experience for the majority of Summoners playing the game normally.
We have been monitoring this case continuously and have issued sanctions to Summoners who promoted illegal websites.
However, it will take some time to confirm cases and issue sanctions. Multiple accounts are used to promote illegal websites, which has delayed our efforts in creating a pleasant gaming environment.
Despite increasing the minimum account level to use the World Chat to Level 15 and issuing sanctions to provide Summoners a better playing environment, we have still detected multiple advertising accounts.
Therefore, we have increased the minimum account level to 25.
