Greetings from the <Summoners War: Chronicles> team!

Since the game's release on Mar. 9th, we identified an issue

where the quantity or items of products were incorrect.

After an internal review, we concluded that the issue may become serious if left untackled.

Regretfully, we retrieved the items before giving a prior notice

to minimize the effects they may incur.

For the Summoners who were suspected of being concerned with this problem, game access restrictions were carried out, and after careful inspection, the restrictions of the unrelated Summoners were quickly lifted.

In addition, anomalies that occurred during the procedure were also promptly resolved during that time.

Although the problems were resolved, we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused and are preparing individual compensation as soon as possible to all the Summoners who were inconvenienced after the recovery. 

Moreover, we have prepared separate rewards for

Summoners who were unwillingly subject to the retrieval,

and Summoners who could not play the game temporarily.

We will do our best to provide a better service.
