It says in the description that it reduces beneficial effect duration of nearby enemies when you inflict a CC, but you retards have it so they need to be CC'd to actually get the beneficial reduction, WHAT IN THE FUCK WOULD BE THAT POINT IN THAT, ON A CHARACTER THAT HAS PERMANENT SILENCE WHY WOULD I GIVE A SINGLE SHIT ABOUT REDUCING BUFF DURATION ON THAT ALREADY SILENCED TARGET, IT WAS OBVIOUSLY MADE TO REDUCE IMMUNITY DURATION ON OTHER TARGETS, fix it retards, just wasted my last Indomitable Flowers and my altar's blessing on him, and my best consumables and he isn't even usable because of this bug probably here for months.
