New weapon set "Frozen Lotus" bugged

The new weapon set Frozen lotus should reduce skill cooldown when attacking cc immune monster with basic attacks. The set DOES NOT trigger when attacking Jager / Mei Hou Wang (monster with cc immunity in their passive). Test were done multiple times in arena with water Jin.
Thank you, I farmed and used ressource to have an useless weapon
