New Mystic Island Stats Not Showing On Inspect

So I just noticed that if you inspect monsters from like the PvP ranks they are not showing the new mystic island 41 attack and 35 defense, it also isn't affecting their total power at all in either inspect or monster menu. As a consequence to that I wouldn't be surprised if they count as "buffs" so they aren't being increased by attack/defense up/down effects.
