Issue with Equipment Connection

The Equipment Connection function has an excessive amount of cooldown time (23d21h) at the moment on my account. I've spoken to other players and they are experiencing the same issue. Even when newly unlocking a target equipment slot the cooldown starts at 24days. If anyone else is experiencing this please comment on this post and let the devs know that this needs to be fixed.
