There is only one place where it should spawn and i tried to change the channel 9 times only to find dark watcher werewolfs.
after farming more then 1k of each mobs in the area i still have yet to gain even 1 of these guys.
It keeps me from completing the creature farming book to a 100% so please check his random spawn because i think his value is set to not exist.
Instead there is only Hill Raider Werewolfs replacing it so i guess the rates are just not set in Watcher Werewolfs favor.
Mon info: Watcher Werewolf Water, Level 67-67 is a Knight, should spawn in Eia Hill of the hero area.
Wich is to the right of the Forest Keeper Site in the center of the map.
Edit: Water Master inugami on the right of Stump of reunion has the same issue.
But then with a Dark Master inugami.
