error loading game

When selecting a character and proceeding to load, it stays loaded and does not enter the game. I have already reinstalled the game. Deleted cache. Restarted the cell phone. Nothing happens. It remains the same in this latest update. it stays in character load if I leave it for a while the screen goes black
