I restored my equipment 16 times while upgrading from lv 11 to 12 but fail at the end. I know it is rng but 10% success rate is still there. What is the meaning of it? This is bullshit rng overuse game. This will make players to quit. Whatever success rate is written in description, failing rate is always 99% right com2us? Dog shit game.
