Summoners War: Chronicles

Dear Summoners War Chronicles dev team,

I rarely send issue to support, because there is not so much to complain about, but now I am posting this in the forum for everyone to see and to tell me is that fair? I understand when we have hard modes for PvE content, but since when we have hard modes for PvP content? This deserves a quick fix and compensation. I have wasted 2 entries in a row to see that. Unfortunately attaching an image here returns a broken link and nothing can be seen. I can attach screenshot if you tell me how to do it, but here is the story:

My team of 4: Warrior 3, Warrior 3, Warrior 3, Warrior 2

Their team of 6: Hero, Hero, Battlefield Nightmare, Warrior 3, Warrior 2, Knight 3
