what is the company or game policy regarding people causing too much fighting and drama in the world chat? it seems people are fighting everyday especially filipinos and sometimes they fight for hours, ruining everyone's mood. i can understand what they are saying because i too am a filipino. so, is it okay to report people like them? because i'm a little bit worried when i read the notification, it says my report can be used against me.

lastly, isn't there a ticket section where i can directly send reports to admins?
