Summoners War: Chronicles

I recent came back (around two weeks ago) from a two-month hiatus, and ever since I haven't been able to enter the Special Expedition. Even tho I haven't accessed since returning, I keep getting an error saying that “You cannot enter anymore this week”. It also says that I got 22/7 entries.

Already validated files, re-installed, and this is happening on three different devices (iPhone, iPad and Steam).

Am I the only one having this issue? Already opened a ticket (first one was on April 11), but time keeps going on and no news about how to get it fixed 🤕
