Game crashed in dungeons

Hello, from the beginning, when I downloaded and installed the game (win10 Steam), I liked the game. The next day it was better and in the normal world the game crashed about once in 1 hour of playing. Today, but it's already a lot, the game crashes only in dungeons. So I start a dungeon and after a while the game crashes. I don't know what to do about it, would reinstalling the game help? Unfortunately I don't have any picture telling me why the game is crashing, it just shows a small window with the game logo and the game crashes.
Does anyone here have a similar problem?
