We would like to inform you of the known issues that occurred after the Nov. 30th update.

We will do our best to resolve the issues and will notify you via this notice once they have been resolved.

▌Nov. 30th Update Known Issues Notice

- The issue where the description of the field event on the Winter Festival Island does not display the following content in some languages.

  · Snowballs can only be mined using Snowflake Pickaxes. You can purchase Snowflake Pickaxes using Gold from General Merchant Sharen in the Festival Island.

• - The issue where progression is blocked in a specific section of Main Quest Act 7, Ch. 6 - Magic Tomb.

▌Resolved Issues

- An issue of the [Challenge! Trial of Ascension] not being exposed.

 * Users who have already reached the 100th floor (normal) before the [Challenge! Trial of Ascension] was exposed can complete all the event missions by clearing the 100th floor one more time.
