We have confirmed certain Summoners are experiencing a black screen while playing the PC version from Steam.
Please check the temporary measures below if you are experiencing this issue.
▶ Temporary measures when black screen is exposed while using Steam (PC Version)
1. Open NVIDIA Control Panel
2. Select 3D Settings menu
3. Select Manage 3D Settings
4. Adjust Vertical Sync to a setting other than 'Fast' in Global Settings
5. Restart Summoners War: Chronicles

[How to check your PC specs]
1. Open run by pressing the (Windows + r) key
2. Enter (dxdiag) and run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool
3. Once the diagnostic tool is complete, press the (Save All Information) button
4. Attach the saved file to the Customer Support inquiry
