Fix her AI. She's so conservative when it comes to heals.
You can easily find out how bad her AI even just on PVE.
How to find out how bad her AI:
Step 1: Use Elenoa - Light Polar Queen, Chasun - Wind Skydancer, and 1 other Summon.
Step 2: Try it on a raid or something.
You can easily see how much the other summon have used their skills whenever it's available to use, while Chasun is probably saving her skills for the next game.
I've experienced it so many times now and have seen people in-game complaining about it as well.
