A game that has auto farming, quick battle, daily quests, conceptually attracts casual players, who want to go in alone, do their tasks and have fun.
 

And then you add content (Abyss Raid), core for development, which is simply impossible to match. There is not the slightest possibility of doing this without having to look for a source of finding other players outside of the game. On Tilasha's server today it was 1:20 am, just waiting, and absolutely no one enters.
 

It doesn't make sense, you offer a proposal but in the decisions you go to another.
 

So here is a humble suggestion, from someone who loves the game and sees how much effort they put into improving it: Do the basics. 

1. Enable progression for everyone who plays, without forcing groups.
2. Include rare achievements (like LDs in SW Arena)
3. Balance pvp
 

This alone is enough for the game to become more and more fun, and attract more people.
