US Account doesn't show up on the website

I'm trying to change my rep account from my EU one to my US one, but my US account doesn't show up at all. My EU and ASIA both are showing, just not the US one. I tried accessing the NA version of the forums, but it always redirects me back to GL. Not sure if this is why or not, but are there any solutions I'm missing?
