Can't Log In Since Last Patch

I can't log into the game on steam since the last patch. There's an endless “connecting to the server” screen. Tried relogging, reinstalling, etc. Nothing works. Logins were very buggy for months where you have to press "play" and go through the login process various times to log in but now it doesn't work at all.
