Missing Cairos/Expedition Entries Post Update

Dear Com2us,
I have saved up entries purchased via daily crystals in case of new event requirements to the tune of 30-40+ entries. Post update, they have all been resetted and I think that's not fair at all. These entries are for Expedition and Cairos.
I think it's only fair that I'd be refunded the crystals I've used to purchase those entries or given equivalent energy.
I won't usually care if it were just a few entries but this is literally 30-40+ entries on top of my head.
Do you mind looking into it? Thank you very much.
