My guildmate and I are trying to advance deeper into the game, and we have hit a complete brick wall at Naraka/Boiling Waterfall. We're failing so hard we can't even get taxi'd into it, people who could solo the entire raid without us can't carry us. And we have no idea why.
Reliably we can get to the first minions phase before the boss just decides to use his nuke and kill us. From there we thought we weren't defending enough towers, but on the next run I verified for myself that two towers were still alive, but the boss decided to nuke us anyway. After that we recruited someone even stronger, this person was so strong he could defeat all the minions as soon as they spawned. But this made no difference, the boss STILL decided to nuke us even with ALL THREE TOWERS alive.
We have no idea what we're doing wrong, besides possibly letting that purple “Dragon's Breath” DoT stay on us for too long?
