lag in brawl arena

There is a lag in the beginning of a brawl arena since the update. Is this issue only with Japan server?
Some of our user cannot move or use skills for about 2-3 seconds after the match starts. During that time, our opponent will start moving and attacking.
Did you check the impact between servers when updating?
