I checked Kaliya mythic set on the Training Area and it turned out that the effect of the set does not work as it should. without a mystical weapon, the ultimate gauge is recruited for 7-8 soul-link skills and with a mythic weapon the ultimate is recruited for 7-8 soul-link skills.
